Reclaiming the Sabbath Day

Some may ask what makes you so different from any other establishment out there in the world; well the first answer that comes to mind is the Sabbath day.  Elder Shadrock, Master Teacher and founder of The Israelite Nation World Wide Ministries has spent over 40 years reviving the culture and traditions of our forefathers, the Israelites of old who was known to worship the true and living God (the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob), in this endeavor he shared with us the Lords true Sabbath day.  As a result The Israelite Nations World Wide Ministries, recognize the seventh day of the new moon as the true Sabbath day and to date, (no doubt, for some, that will change after reading this article) there are no other organizations in the world that keeps the Sabbath day as we do.

Background

Sometime prior to 2003, Elder Shadrock, Master Teacher of the Israelite Nation World Wide Ministries had an amazing revelation, which led him to the question: “When is the real Sabbath Day”?

Of course this question seemed almost absurd, since everyone knew that Saturday was the seventh day of the week.  Yet there was something pressing; something was not right with this seemingly obvious answer.   The problem was that this question could not be easily ignored.

In early 2005, while teaching the Congregation at Toronto, Canada, as he approached the end of one of his insightful afternoon lesson, Elder Shadrock asked a very provocative question: “What if we found out that the Sabbath Day was not on a Saturday; what if it were on a Wednesday”?  I heard this question, as I am sure many had, and although it resonated with me I knew there was a deeper meaning, because he asked the same question years before.  I did not make a connection and I could not quite figure out the point he was trying to make so I did not pursue the reason.  Meanwhile, subtle changes were already in motion and it would become quite evident that the Israelite Nation was indeed a nation set apart from all others, based on the Principles of Truth.
