Pentecost
Fifty days counted after the seventh Sabbath.

The fifty-day count begins after the seventh Sabbath, which is the Sabbath of Ab, the fifth month of the Israelite calendar.
Pentecost is one of the three annual appearances before the LORD named in Deuteronomy 16:16. Leviticus 23 sets out two distinct harvest ordinances, and the ministry distinguishes them: the beginning of harvest with its single wave sheaf, and the later wheat-harvest ordinance of the Feast of Weeks with its two leavened loaves. Both presuppose possession and cultivation of the land. Pentecost remains identifiable within the Israelite calendar and is observed in light of Acts 2:1.
